
About Christine Roslund, MFT
Christine offers therapy and counseling services, helping clients find relief from low self esteem, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, child and adolescent problems, phase of life issues/transitions, and trauma. She also helps clients overcome anxiety related behaviors like phobias, compulsive eating, and OCD. Christine's coaching services help with organization, procrastination, skill enhancement, career development, and public speaking.
As a licensed Marriage and Family therapist, she is trained to work with individuals, couples and families, and one of her specialties is helping men who are struggling in relationships. Christine's Masters degree is in Psychology (John F. Kennedy University), and she is certified in EMDR and Professional Coaching.
Christine understands the importance of providing a safe, nurturing and empathic environment for her clients to explore what's not working in a way that reduces shame and emphasizes strengths, skill building, and resolution of past emotional injuries. She is currently writing a book entitled "Parenting Within: A Guide for Accessing and Healing your Inner Child."
What's unique about Christine is her integration of theories and modalities. She collaborates with clients to help them tap into their innate ability to heal, to recognize their internal strengths and wisdom. She is warm and kind, yet direct and honest.
